Little Robbie and Charli Manago, a pair of baby twins were discovered by their shocked mother to have been floating without showing any sign of life amidst the family’s swimming pool, days right before Christmas Day.
The mother was yelling in fear over the sight of the 23 month old baby twins’ accident, and a neighbor upon hearing the hysterical screams had rushed to aid in the matter and attempted CPR on both babies, but to no avail.
The paramedics were contacted and rushed to the home situated at Kellyville, Sydney, Australia. The twin babies were sent to a hospital in one last attempt to salvage their lives.
On Boxing Day however, Charli had been pronounced dead, and Little Robbi’s death followed shortly as well three days later.
Don’t Turn Your Back
The authorities stated that there is no suspicion to the death of the young twins, and the unfortunate circumstances were that the parents had kept their eyes off of their children “for a few minutes” which led to the unexpected tragedy.
The police went on to request for the citizens to keep their eyes open and deal with caution at all times when they have children who are near swimming pools, as was revealed that simply turning your back for a few moments can lead to a catastrophe.
Third of the Children Gone
About 500 people or more attended the church services regarding the death of the young twins in order to pay their condolences.
The services took place at the Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, and a teddy bear had been placed on top of the two white coffins for the twins.
The shattered parents have four other children, and their fellow family members and other friends made a stop at the church with them. At the services the song “Somewhere over the Rainbow” had been played.
