Android 8.1 To Save More Space Might Lower The Size Of Inactive Apps

The website discovered the new function in the AOSP (Android Open Source Project) framework lately. It has been cited that the feature activates automatically when it senses that the handset is running low on internal memory. The function, once activated, saves memory by closing down the inactive applications on the smartphone.

The algorithm utilized in finding out which applications are inactive, is that the handset recognizes which apps have not been triggered by the consumer in a while or been active in the background. It has been also cited that the OEMs might have to physically facilitate this function prior to launching out Android 8.1 to its smartphones.
